Gelagen Gummies are chewable dietary-supplement gummies in a 60-gummy jar, sold for skin radiance and firmness, hair and nails. The brand's product sheet says to take two a day with a full glass of water about 30 minutes before a morning or afternoon meal. It lists 13 names led by 5,000 mcg of biotin, about 167 times the Daily Value. No serving size is printed, no collagen is named, and no study has tested the gummies.
Day 0 of 302 gummies a day, 60 in the jar
Gold sliver: the 30 mcg Daily Value of biotin. Red bar: one day of the gummies, from the brand's product sheet.
The product sheet does not print a serving size, so the toggle shows both readings. The jar is a teaching toy: it measures nothing about you, and it is not a dosing tool.

What it is01
Gelagen is a dietary supplement sold as chewable gummies in a clear jar of 60. The jar says "Advanced Gummies for Skin Health" and shows three icons: "Youthful Glow", "Deep Hydration" and "Smooth Appearance".
The brand's product sheet names 13 vitamins and minerals with an amount for each, and nothing else. Biotin is the headline at 5,000 mcg. The list names no collagen and no gelatin. It does not give a serving size, so this site shows every number two ways and says when it is guessing.
The directions in the product sheet are simple: two gummies daily with a full glass of water, about 30 minutes before a morning or afternoon meal. A jar of 60 therefore lasts about 30 days. Gelagen is not a medicine and is not approved by FDA, which does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Dietary Supplements).
A chewable form. Read the gummy form page for what the product sheet does and does not say about the recipe.
Order buttons lead to the brand's own sales page, where the prices and the 60-day guarantee apply (Gelagen sales page).
The big number02
Yes. The Daily Value for biotin is 30 mcg, so 5,000 mcg is about 167 times that, or 16,667% of the Daily Value (FDA, Daily Value).
Most people get enough biotin from food, and deficiency is very rare in the United States (NIH ODS, Biotin). There is no upper limit for biotin, because no harm from the vitamin itself has been shown. The reason to pay attention is different: large amounts can change the result of some blood tests.
Each dot below is one Daily Value of biotin. It takes 167 of them to draw what the product sheet lists for two gummies.
166 and two-thirds dots. The gold dot is one Daily Value of biotin: 30 mcg. The product sheet lists 5,000 mcg, so it takes 167 dots (the last is two-thirds full) to draw it. If the 5,000 mcg is per single gummy and you take two, the picture doubles to 333 dots.
If the 5,000 mcg is per single gummy, not per two, the daily amount doubles. Read the full biotin page before you decide.
The 13 names03
Thirteen names: vitamins A, C, D and E, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, choline, iodine, zinc and inositol. Most sit near or below one Daily Value; biotin is the outlier.
The product sheet prints no percent Daily Value, so we worked each one out from FDA's reference amounts. If the amounts are per two gummies, vitamin B12 is 250% of its Daily Value, B6 about 118% and folate about 110%. Choline is a trace: 0.04 mg against a Daily Value of 550 mg.
The label math page has the full table, with the numbers for both readings and the adult upper limits from NIH.
The jar04
A cream label with a gold wordmark, a gold-edged strip reading "Advanced Gummies for Skin Health", three icons, "60 GUMMIES" and "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT". We were given renders of the jar, not a photo of the label and not a Supplement Facts panel.
Above the wordmark sits a small South Korean flag icon under the small words "Korean Technology". The product sheet says nothing about where the gummies are made, so this site makes no claim of Korean origin or a Korean formula. Tap a number to read each part.

A cream screw cap. The render cannot show whether a safety seal sits under it: check yours before you take any gummy.
Red, round, textured gummies fill the jar. The product sheet names no flavor, sweetener, gelling agent or color, so the other ingredients are unknown.
A small South Korean flag icon sits under the small words "Korean Technology". The product sheet says nothing about where the gummies are made: this site makes no claim of Korean origin or formula.
The brand name in gold lettering, with a small trademark mark.
The product line on a gold-edged strip. 'Advanced' has no set meaning, and no study of these gummies is linked on this site.
Youthful Glow, Deep Hydration, Smooth Appearance: each one a look or a feeling, not something a lab test measures.
Sixty gummies in the jar. At two a day, as the product sheet describes, that is 30 days.
The jar says dietary supplement: a product regulated as a food, not a drug, and not approved by FDA before sale.
Claims vs evidence05
Nobody can say, because no study of these gummies is linked anywhere we looked. What exists is research on single nutrients, and it is thinner than the marketing around skin gummies.
NIH says claims for biotin and hair, skin and nails rest, at best, on a few case reports and small studies (NIH ODS, Biotin). The American Academy of Dermatology says biotin deficiency is rare and supplements should only be taken if you have one (AAD, Supplements for your skin). Vitamin C is needed to make collagen in the body, but the product sheet lists 20 mg, about a fifth of one Daily Value.
Claims as they appear on the jar render and in the brand's product sheet. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because you started a supplement. Hives, swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing after a gummy means stop and get care: call 911 for the last two. Read claims versus evidence for the full list.
Blood tests06
Yes. High-dose biotin can make some lab results read falsely high or falsely low, including thyroid tests and troponin, the test used to spot a heart attack (NIH ODS, Biotin) (FDA, Biotin and troponin tests).
FDA has received reports of falsely low troponin results linked to biotin. Pick a test below to see what the sources say. None of them gives one safe number of days to stop; that is a question for your clinician and the lab.
The name in the list that matters for lab tests:
NIH ODS: biotin can cause falsely high or low thyroid hormone results; a single 10 mg dose interfered with thyroid tests given within 24 hours, and 10 mg a day for a week lowered TSH readings in one study. The product sheet lists 5 mg (5,000 mcg).
Sources: NIH, FDA and a lab-testing news site. No source gives one safe number of days to stop; ask your clinician and the lab. (NIH ODS, Biotin) (FDA, Biotin and troponin tests) (Testing.com, Biotin and lab tests)

How to take it07
Take two gummies with a full glass of water, about 30 minutes before a morning or afternoon meal. That is the whole instruction in the product sheet; confirm it against your jar.
Do not take extra to catch up. The biotin is already far above the Daily Value, and a jar of 60 is made to last 30 days.
The product sheet says to take the gummies with a full glass of water. Check that the jar's safety seal is intact first.
The product sheet times the dose about 30 minutes before a morning or afternoon meal. No evening dose is described.
Two gummies make one daily dose. Do not take extra gummies to catch up: the biotin is already far above the Daily Value.
A jar holds 60 gummies, so one jar lasts about 30 days. Tell your clinician and the lab about the biotin before any blood test.
The how to use page covers storage questions, a missed day and how to keep the jar away from children.

I do laundry for the house. That's the cue. Two gummies, water, then the mirror. Dermatologist still happens. This is the extra bottle. I keep it by the hymnals. I take it when the news radio starts.

I keep a tackle box in the truck. Biotin is loud on the panel. Pharmacist said show other vitamins. I did. I keep it in the tackle box. Alarm is a sticky note, not the phone.

I sit with crossword coffee. Wanted week-one hair copy to be real. It isn't. Kept the 60 days. I keep it on the sewing table. Old bottle went in the trash first.

FAQ11
Gelagen is a chewable dietary-supplement gummy sold in a jar of 60. The brand's product sheet names 13 vitamins and minerals, led by 5,000 mcg of biotin, and says to take two a day. It is not a medicine and no study of the product is linked here.
The product sheet says two gummies daily with a full glass of water, about 30 minutes before a morning or afternoon meal. A jar of 60 then lasts about 30 days. Confirm the directions on your own jar, and ask a clinician if you take medicine.
It can. NIH and FDA say high-dose biotin may cause falsely high or low results on some tests, including thyroid and troponin tests. Tell your clinician and the lab about the supplement before any blood draw and ask whether to pause it.
The product sheet names no collagen and no gelatin: the 13 names are vitamins, minerals and inositol. Search results often group skin gummies with collagen products, but nothing on this list is collagen, so do not buy Gelagen expecting it.
Two jars cost $158, three cost $207 and six cost $294, which is $79, $69 and $49 a jar. At two gummies a day that is about $2.63, $2.30 and $1.63 a day. Shipping is shown at checkout; confirm all prices there.
The product sheet gives a 60-day guarantee. To claim it you call the order desk with your order ID, then mail the jars back with tracking at your own cost. Confirm the live wording and any conditions at checkout before you buy.
