What are the Gelagen lot and certificate codes?
The lot is G-26/TH-2160 and the certificate-of-analysis code is G-2160-26-TH, both supplied by the seller as references.
A lot code identifies a production run. The certificate code names a document that would, in a complete record, give the measured contents of that lot. We have the codes, but we have not seen a certificate, so we treat them as traceability labels, not test results. If a certificate becomes available, we will publish it, and we will say so here.
Check the base of your jar for a printed lot and best-before date. Some jars print the date on the cap or on the label. If you cannot find one, say so when you call the order desk.

Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, and ask them to confirm the lot that shipped.
The order desk handles tracking, changes and refunds on placed orders. It cannot be reached through the website email, which only handles questions about these pages. Have the order email open, your name and the lot printed on the jar. If the desk cannot confirm a lot for your order, write that down with the date and time.
The number is the default order desk of the checkout, and the checkout's payment processor is not named in what we received. It is worth knowing that before you call: the person answering is a service desk, not the maker's laboratory.
Do not stop a prescription because a jar looks wrong. Stop the gummies, keep the jar, and call a clinician if you feel unwell. Call 911 for swelling of the face or throat or trouble breathing.
