Thegelagen.us is an information website. It does not take payments, does not ask you to create an account and sets no advertising cookies. We receive only what you choose to send us by email, and normal server logs. Orders are placed on the brand's sales page, which has its own privacy policy. What does this privacy policy cover?
It covers Thegelagen.us only, the information website of a USA Authorized Gelagen Retailer, and it does not cover the brand's sales page, where orders are placed.
When you click an order button, you leave this site and arrive on the brand's sales page, whose operator collects your name, address and payment details for the order. That operator, and the payment processor behind it, are separate from us and have their own privacy terms. We never see your card number. Read the policy on the sales page before you enter any detail there.
This policy was last updated on October 27, 2026, and it applies to every page on the site, including the blog. If we change it, the date at the top of the page and in the footer changes with it.
