The Gelagen Ingredients List, Line by Line
Gelagen's list has 13 lines. Vitamins A, C, D and E come first, then B6, folate, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid, then choline, iodine, zinc and inositol. Read each with its unit: biotin's 5,000 mcg is 5 mg and about 167 times its Daily Value, while choline's 0.04 mg is a trace.

What are the first four lines?
Vitamin A as retinyl acetate at 630 mcg, vitamin C at 20 mg, vitamin D as cholecalciferol at 10 mcg and vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate at 7.4 mg. As percentages of the Daily Value, if the amounts are per two gummies, they are 70, 22, 50 and 49 percent (FDA, Daily Value). Vitamin A is the one with a pregnancy caution. What are the B vitamin lines?
Vitamin B6 at 2 mg, folate at 442 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin at 6 mcg and pantothenic acid at 5.2 mg, with biotin at 5,000 mcg. B12 is 250 percent of its Daily Value, B6 is about 118 and folate 110. The care point is that folate can mask a B12 shortage (NIH ODS, Folate).
What are the last lines?
Choline at 0.04 mg, iodine at 42 mcg, zinc at 2.7 mg and inositol at 40 mcg. Choline and inositol are traces. Iodine matters with thyroid medicine and zinc with some antibiotics. Each has a page, and the choline and inositol page shows how small the two traces are.
