How do you check a listing?
Look at who sells and ships it, how long the seller has been active and how many sales they have. Compare the jar photos with the brand's renders and the price with $79, $69 and $49 per jar. A price far below those is a warning. Read the one-star reviews first.
What should you ask the brand?
Whether the listing is authorized, whether the guarantee applies and where to send a claim. Write to the order email and keep the reply. If the brand says no, you have your answer.
