What is a sale claim?
A claim that today's price is lower than a usual price. For it to be fair, the usual price must be real, recent and charged in good faith. FTC guidance on pricing says a reference price must be one that the seller actually charged (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). If you cannot verify it, treat the claim as decoration.
What is a limited-time claim?
An offer that ends soon. Real ones have an end date that does not move. Fake ones reset when the timer reaches zero or when you reload the page. We have no way to tell which a given page uses, so we do not repeat such claims.
What should you compare?
The final total, including shipping, against the three pack prices. $79, $69 and $49 per jar are the figures in the sheet. A higher total than the matching pack means a fee has been added. A lower total means a code or a different offer, which you should screenshot.
