How We Judge a Gelagen Review: Our Method in Six Steps
A Gelagen review earns a slot on this site only after six checks: a matched order, the writer's consent, a date, a dose, a time on the product and at least one downside or limit. A review that fails any step is not quoted. That is why the review cards on our pages are empty slots for now.

Steps one to three
First, we match the review to a real order and the buyer. Second, we ask for consent to be quoted, with first name only. Third, we record the date, because a review from last year says little about this year's jar. Without these three, nothing else matters.
Steps four to six
Fourth, the dose. Two gummies a day is the direction, so a review that says otherwise is flagged. Fifth, duration. A week is not a trial. Sixth, a downside or limit, such as taste, price or no visible change. Reviews with only praise are set aside.
What rules a review out?
Words like wonder-fix, cured or guaranteed, a medical claim, a before-and-after pair from different lighting, a duplicate of text found elsewhere or any sign of a gift or payment that is not disclosed (FTC, Endorsement Guides Q&A). We also drop reviews that name competitors.
